Ceradimm  LLC is a closely held merchant banking enterprise, established in 2010 to identify, strategically plan, invest in and successfully conclude real estate and business opportunities. Our partners have the wealth of knowledge and experience across every area of private equity and creative financing necessary for growing assets and selling them at maximum gain.

The experienced Ceradimm team, which includes attorneys, financial analysts, development managers and restructuring experts prides itself on its well-earned reputation. Every Ceradimm project receives the focused attention it deserves; every challenge is addressed with the perseverance and orientation to detail it requires.

Areas of expertise include everything from single-family home investment to spectacular turnarounds, including taking the prestigious Ipswich Country Club on Boston’s North Shore from the former owner’s bankruptcy into a high-profile success. As well, our team has worked with massive developments such as the 1,200-acre Falcon’s Lair Master-planned, mixed use community in the Dallas, TX metropolitan area. This mature project was taken from raw land entirely through the planning, zoning and environmental permitting and initial infrastructure phases before a partner was brought in (Ross Perot, Jr.’s Hillwood Development Company) to ensure the project’s financial success. Today this city-sized development is home to over 4,000 residents, while the next phase is a large-scale business park along I-20 at a new interchange with SH 190, Dallas’ outer loop road.

Other endeavors have included navigating the financial and design complexities through the planning stages of a highly visible project involving an 82-story Seattle hi-rise in conjunction with a major New York developer; yet another successful investment where we partnered with Perot’s company on a 3.55 acre parcel at the entry to the prestigious Victory project in Uptown Dallas; and protecting the downside of an agreement with the Seattle Seahawks to develop a Seahawks-branded hotel across from their headquarters and training camp in Renton, WA.

“Financier and large-scale land developer Spencer Alpert, who splits his time between Seattle and Dallas, is working with the Trump Organization… to find a suitable location for a hotel-condo project planned for downtown Seattle.”

Seattle Times

“Spencer Alpert’s 17-year dream of building Mesquite’s first “planned community” is finally coming true. Hillwood Residential closed on its purchase of land in Alpert’s Falcon’s Lair development….”

Mesquite News

Alpert, a very savvy, quietly articulate and pleasant entrepreneur, is the obvious guiding light in rejuvenating the Ipswich Country Club following a difficult fiscal past…”

Daily Item, Lynn, MA

Victory developers… have formed a partnership to purchase a key tract of land adjacent to the Victory development. The 3.55-acre site at the corner of Woodall Rodgers Freeway and Field Street has been owned by Dallas investor Spencer Alpert. Mr. Alpert will now jointly own the property with the Victory developers. The Victory project is being built by Ross Perot, Jr.’s Hillwood and Dallas businessman and sports owner Tom Hicks.

Dallas Morning News

“Alpert’s offer really gets to the heart of what we’re looking for,” said Auburn Mayor Peter Lewis. “We want a vision of the future for Auburn that takes in current traditions and builds on assets of current Main Street. Alpert has that vision more than anyone else.”
